For 2018, our HOA dues are $600/quarter, Due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. If you would like to pay monthly, you have to pay ahead in order to not get a $27.50 late fee. For instance, pay $600 in January, then $200 every month after that and you should be fine.

Please make your checks payable to: Homeowners Association of Palisades and include your account number which is 97(your address) only on the memo line of your check. Do not mail postdated checks as they will be automatically deposited by the lockbox service.  Please do not use the account number as it appears on the coupons as it includes numbers for internal use and may cause delays in processing your payment. 

If you use online Bill Pay, Please make sure only (97address) is entered as your account number. The bank will not be able to automatically process your payment if this is not done and you may incur late charges.

Please note that payments made via your own bank’s online bill pay may take up to 10 business days to fully process from the send date. Send payments early as to not incur late fees.

If you are currently using EFT (electronic funds transfer) you will not receive coupons for your regular payments, and the budgeted amount will be automatically withdrawn as scheduled.

Online payment instructions:

1. Go to www.exclusivepm.net under Resident Services and then to Online Payments.

2.  Select pay dues on line

3.  Enter your account number as shown on the enclosed letter and your last name and you will be directed to the Sign In page.

4.  Please enter the required information under ‘New Users Registration’  You will be asked to create a user name and password for future  access. Please make note of these for future reference.
