We will have two HOA meetings in November, the last two of the year.

-November 16th at 8pm will be a budget meeting. Everyone received a proposed budget and meeting notice in the mail. There will be no increase in HOA dues this year.

-November 29th at 8pm will be a member meeting to discuss the new fountain amendment. -Member meeting agenda-

Both meetings will take place in the playground(1746 Palisades dr)

Next meeting after these will be the third week in January.
