It’s time for our annual trimming of all the sable palmettos in the neighborhood. Our landscaper Danny has started today, and will finish on Monday. He asks that all cars be moved either on the opposite side of the driveway as the trees, or temporarily put them in the street on Monday.  Thanks for your cooperation. 

Look for more to be done before the winter season: 

-Planting new annual flowers around signs and trees at the front entrance.

– New mulch in the common areas

-Top off safety mulch in the playground 

-Pressure cleaning sidewalks, street gutters and street pavers, front pillars, and signs, lake path, all picnic tables and benches. ** If you need your roof or driveway done, contact Dennis Marshall of Marshalls pressure cleaning at marshallspressurecleaning@yahoo.com tel:(561)221-0556 he will be here on November 2nd and/or 3rd. 

-Re-striping the lines on the street at the entrance and stop sign.

-Replace sod where the hurricane debris piles are, and the patches on some swales throughout the community. (FYI – I’ve called Solid Waste Authority several times to come pick up the piles. They assure me they will get them within the next couple weeks)
