The annual budget meeting will take place this Thursday, November 17th at 8pm. (See sign at the gate for location)  A preliminary budget was mailed out to all residents last week for the proposed 2017 year. No increase in HOA dues are expected. 

Come meet our new property manager, Sally. Plus a budget specialist will be in to make sure we are on the right track. 

We will also talk about new projects for the community, and start the planning for our annual holiday party.  

This will be the last HOA meeting of the year so stop by if you have any concerns.
