The Sable Palmettos in everyone’s front yard have become too tall to be included in regular landscape maintenance, but now we have worked out a deal with our landscape company to come prune all our sable palms. We’ve also worked it into the budget so it can be done once every year. ( This will  not include the palms in the back and side buffer zones.) We appreciate everyone who trimmed the palms themselves in the past. Look for the work to be finished within the next week(probably this weekend) 

Other things scheduled to be done by the holidays are: sidewalk pressure cleaning, new fence for the front wetland area, trimming the front island, replacing some dead trees in the front and sides, and new mulch for the common areas.
