The board is aware of the problems with the outgoing gate and have been working with the gate maintenance company to fix it as soon as possible. We’ve been told the controller board needs to be replaced and is ordered. We are hoping it’ll arrive this week and the gate will be back to working order but can’t guarantee that right now. Also, the backup batteries in the motor housing for the out gate need replaced. They aren’t made anymore so we are trying to find an alternate solution. The back up batteries open the gate in the event of a power failure. 

Please don’t ever try to force a gate open, it may damage the internal moving parts beyond repair and cost a lot more to replace.
