Your HOA board has big plans for the tot lot in the back of the property! A new playground and shade shelter is going to be installed this summer! We’ve been working hard getting the right company for the right price to renovate the area. The first step is removing the old equipment. 

The old playground is being dismantled and removed this week and weekend. This is to make way for a new, more kid friendly playground that will be installed in the same area. 

Saturday 5/30 a bobcat will come pull out the remaining posts and also the three dead oak tree stumps around the lake. There will be a lot of holes around so Please try to avoid the area until we can get it all out back together.  Estimated time of completion will be late summer!
