Have you been having trouble with the call box calling your phone? Technicians found the phone line that goes to the box was damaged and they had to run a new line. The new line is hooked up and everything should be operational. However, they are not finished. Right now the new line is laying above ground between 8609 and 8617 Palisades Lakes Dr. Please do not disturb this wire. AT&T will send a crew out in the next two weeks to bury the line. We are still working on grounding the box so it doesn’t shock people and reprogramming the information in the box. If you haven’t mailed back your form that was sent out to you, please do so ASAP or email us the name you want in the box, the phone number you want it to call, and your address. Thanks.
